How can I place my order?
How do I pay for my books?
You may pay by check or use any major credit card. We accept purchase orders and can also offer delayed billing to accommodate your budget.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, although we often ship earlier than that. Sometimes, depending on circumstances beyond our control, orders may take longer to fulfill.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
Our minimal shipping and handling charge is $8.00, or 8% of the total order, exclusive of promotional discounts and processing. We ship via the U.S. Postal Service or FedEX Ground.
Is sales tax charged?
Only if required by the laws of your state.
Can your company offer competitive pricing?

Does The Oliver Press participate in SAM (the System for Award Management)?
We are an approved SAM vendor, as authorized by the U.S. government.
Do you offer any promotions or discounts?

May I use grant money for purchases?
Yes. We will be happy to help you work within your grant guidelines.
Do you provide title lists and quotations?
We frequently recommend title lists, and are ready to provide custom quotations at your request.
What do I do if my books arrived damaged?
No problem, just call and describe what’s damaged. Please have your invoice number handy. We will promptly replace all damaged copies.
Do you offer MARC Records?
Yes, we can provide processing and MARC Records. Your library processing preferences can be submitted on our downloadable automation form. We can keep your specifications on file.
Are e-books available?
Most publishers we work with make their titles available in the e-book format. Please contact us for the best way to get them to you.
